How does the subscription work?
The subscription is paid weekly and is prepaid. There are different programs that give you different benefits, ranging from $36 per week plus ITBMS.
But what happens if another order comes in while I'm completing the previous trip?
Don't worry, the delivery applications are not UBER, the orders are entered into a list and are sent to delivery partners near the area that have not made recent shipments. What do I do if I don't want to go to the BOZZ Load Center or it's just far away?
Our program works based on the algorithms developed so that you can do more in less time, which is why the only starting and ending places for a trip are a BOZZ Loading Center, if you do not return within the maximum allowed you can be fined and even kicked out of the show.
Can I drive an electric motorcycle if I have no experience?
Yes, as long as you have a valid Panama motorcycle driver's license and meet the BOZZ selection requirements.
What requirements must I meet to be selected?
You must be over 18 years of age, have a valid Panama motorcycle driver's license, have a smartphone with the BOZZ app installed, and go through the BOZZ selection process.
How is the selection process?
The selection process is done through the BOZZ app. You must fill out a form, upload some documents and wait to be selected.
What documents should I upload for the selection process?
You must upload a photo of your Panamanian motorcycle driver's license, one more identification document, proof of address, criminal and police records. After that you will be called for an interview, to later sign your contract.
What if I don't have a bank account?
It is not necessary to have a bank account to be part of BOZZ. If you are selected, you can apply and a digital wallet will be activated through Wally, which allows you to make transfers abroad and receive payments for your services in delivery applications. And through it you will pay for your BOZZ service.
What if I already have a bank account, should I use the digital wallet?
It is not necessary as long as you have a debit or credit card to be able to register and make your weekly payments.
What happens if I want to use the motorcycle to get home at night?
By having 6 uninterrupted months in the program you can apply to use the motorcycle to go home at night, this has an extra monthly cost and you must meet certain requirements.
How many kilometers can I travel per day?
BOZZ subscribers have a mailbox of minutes to consume throughout the week, ranging from 1,000 weekly minutes, which equates to around 120 kilometers per day.
Who is in charge of the maintenance and insurance of electric motorcycles?
BOZZ takes care of the maintenance and insurance of electric motorcycles while the user is using them.
Where can I charge the battery of the electric motorcycle?
BOZZ has charging centers in different parts of the city, where you will always find free electric motorcycle batteries.
How do I know if the motorcycle is charged?
BOZZ has induction programs where we will explain the process and the review that you must carry out before each trip, as well as knowing when to change the battery.

You can use BOZZ from Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., not all charging centers are open at that time, but in the induction process you will receive that information.

BOZZ takes care of the maintenance and repair of all its electric motorcycles. Just call our customer service and we'll take care of the rest.
Does BOZZ offer any additional insurance options for drivers?
No, the BOZZ weekly subscription includes insurance that covers any damage to third parties and personal injury. We do not offer additional insurance options.

How can I generate income through BOZZ?

How do I know if I am eligible to work as a driver in the delivery applications?
